Six month exam including minor work on skin blemishes was very professional in every way. Appointment was on time; I had total and uninterrupted time with Dr. Saal. His treatment was excellent; fast and painless with full explanation of each step of the process. I have always had complete confidence in Dr. Saal’s knowledge and skill and highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr saal is a laser and skin expert . He doesn’t push you into things you don’t want and has a simple protocol for keeping your skin healthy and young!

Dr Saal is attentive. Listens carefully, responds in ways appropriate to my very limited education. He is always on time and I seldom have to wait. I would highly recommend him to anyone with skin issues like mine. (For some reason.) I continue to have red spots about 3/4 inch in diameter and they are surrounded by very ugly black heads that look small volcanoes

Dr. Bruce Saal is a great doctor who spent the time explaining the different procedures to get rid of my brown spots and hyperpigmentations on the face. I am Asian and it has been a struggle even with sunscreen applied every day. The procedure he used was called a Q switch and then he used another type of laser. This is a multiple trip process and the results was fantastic. 90 percent of my brown spots and pigmentation are gone and the remaining spots are faded. Of course afterwards you’ll need to continue to wear sunscreen and wear a hat to keep the spots from coming back.

Its always a great experience with Dr Saal. He is pleasant to speak with and takes a lot of time to make you comfortable and explain the science behind whats going on with the body that is leading to the condition.
The only thing I'd say I'd like to get is a rundown of the treatment that I am going to go through. Like what the treatment is called, if its a laser treatment or not and what to expect from it post etc. I go with a leap of faith and so far it has worked well , but I'd rather be more informed !
